When you submit a project inquiry, we may collect your name, phone number, email address if provided, and the message you send us.
We also collect limited technical details such as your IP address and browser user agent to help protect the website, investigate abuse, and manage inquiries responsibly.
This website is not directed at children. Do not submit information about anyone under 18.
The public site uses first-party analytics operated by Shailpar. The browser keeps a random session id in sessionStorage, then sends page path, referrer, and approximate time on page to our own server. That data is used to understand which pages are used, not to sell ads or profiles.
The public site also loads Google Analytics 4, operated by Google. It sets its own cookies and reports the page you viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you reached the site, to Google. We send it no name, email address, phone number, or message content, and we strip anything other than campaign tags from the address before it is reported. Pages under /admin are excluded.
We do not load advertising pixels, and we do not show a cookie banner or consent manager on this site yet. If you are in a region that requires consent before analytics cookies are set, you can block them in your browser settings or with a tracker blocker until we ship one. Google publishes how it handles this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
We use inquiry information to review your request, contact you about your project, prepare proposals, and manage client communication.
Technical information is used to operate the website securely, reduce spam or misuse, and support the operator workflow.
We do not use your inquiry information for unrelated marketing blasts, and we do not sell your personal information.
This website does not run subscriptions or in-app payments, so there is no cancellation portal. Project work is quoted after intake. To stop further contact or delete an inquiry, email us as described below.
Project inquiry fields are stored with encryption at rest in the database, and operator access is protected through authenticated access controls.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the website and the information submitted through it. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The public website is hosted on Vercel. The API runs on Render. Inquiry and analytics records are stored in MongoDB. Source code and optional CI use GitHub.
We run one MongoDB cluster. Hosting regions for Vercel, Render, and MongoDB are whatever those vendors provision. This site does not offer a country-of-storage choice or a regional database.
Those companies process data as infrastructure for this studio. This page names them as a factual operator list. It is not a claim that signed data-processing agreements, SOC 2 reports, or a multi-country legal programme exist.
We do not sell inquiry data. Information may be disclosed if required to comply with applicable law, enforce our rights, or protect the security of the website.
Inquiry records are kept until they are no longer needed to reply, quote, keep project records, or investigate abuse. There is no automated deletion job.
Analytics events do not store your name or email. Hosting logs and backups follow those providers’ own schedules and are outside this website’s delete action.
Email shailpar1128@gmail.com (or call +91 87919 85129) from a reachable address and include your name, the email or phone used on the form, and an approximate date. That is enough for us to search live inquiry records.
When the request is valid, we delete matching inquiry records from the live database. Analytics events cannot be matched to you as a person, so they are not part of a named-person delete.
We do not run an automated multi-vendor deletion engine. CDN caches and provider backups are not a button on this website.
