What a founder-led scoped build actually is (and is not)

Shailpar is Rajat Malik's studio in India. You send the job, get a written scope after intake, then ship against that brief. No generic packages, no invented case studies.

By Rajat Malik

Most agencies sell a deck, a junior team, and a package named Gold. Shailpar does not.

You talk to Rajat Malik. After intake you get a written scope: what is in v1, what is out, which stack fits, and a quote. Work starts against that document.

What intake looks like

Send:

  • The job to be done
  • Who it is for
  • Deadline (if any)
  • Extras that help:

  • Form, login, WhatsApp, or CRM requirements
  • Existing site (if any)
  • A competitor you respect
  • What you get back

  • Scope questions where something is unclear
  • Proposed path for v1
  • What is in the first quote, and what is out
  • What "scoped" means

V1 is only the named screens, flows, and handoffs. Stack follows the brief — React/MERN, Flutter, agent, chatbot, automation, or SEO foundations — not all six just because the homepage lists them.

    Proof and case studies

Innoviez Support & SLA portal is a client product at innoviez.com, not the Shailpar brand. No Flutter, AI-agent, chatbot, or automation case study is published yet. SEO does not guarantee rankings, traffic, or AI citations.

    Who this fits

  • Startups that need a specific build, not a bloated agency process
  • Local businesses that want a clear offer on the web
  • Product teams with a workflow that needs a dashboard, app, or agent
  • Agencies that need overflow builds with reusable structure
